Responsibilities

The Medical Biller will be responsible for preparing and submitting billing data and medical claims to insurance companies, ensuring patient medical information is accurate and up to date, preparing bills and invoices, verifying insurance coverage and eligibility, communicating with healthcare providers regarding billing practices, following up on unpaid claims and denials, ensuring compliance with healthcare industry regulations and guidelines, maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy, maintaining accurate records on customer interactions, collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues, providing customer support through various communication channels, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
