Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Aesthetician license
0–1 year of experience in a dermatology or spa environment preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills
Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic healthcare environment
Strong commitment to patient care and operational excellence
Physical ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; use hands to handle objects; occasionally climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl; lift, push, pull, or move up to 20 pounds
Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Consistent attendance and reliability

Responsibilities

Assess clients' skin conditions and recommend tailored treatments
Deliver high-quality aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced medical aesthetics
Perform clinical procedures including PDT Blue Light therapy, Excimer Laser treatments, NBUVB Phototherapy, and CoolSculpting
Educate clients about available treatments and options for skin improvement
Follow up with clients regarding treatments, promotional opportunities, new services, events, and other practice offerings
Maintain accurate client treatment records, contact information, and follow-up details using the patient management system
Monitor and manage supply inventory, placing orders as necessary
Handle administrative tasks such as initiating prior authorizations, notifying clients of treatment approvals and financial responsibilities, and scheduling appointments
Ensure client satisfaction with services provided
Perform additional duties as assigned
