Responsibilities

Analysis of the causes of defects in the manufacturing process and countermeasures
Improvement of manufacturing processes (e.g., by introducing manufacturing unique tools)
Design modification associated with the defect countermeasures and improvements
Verification of design changes and preparation of verification reports
Modify the manufacturing working instruction, drawings, etc
Responding to technical inquiries and participating in meetings for products jointly produced with overseas sites
Transfer of manufacturing for new products
Feasibility study and implementation to apply automation tools to manufacturing processes
Other general tasks for maintaining production
