Senior Staff Mechanical Engineer, Thermal Science

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related engineering field, and possess 4-7 years of engineering or design experience. Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as PCB fabrication, sheet metal forming, CNC machining, plastic injection molding, and electronic assembly is preferred, along with experience designing products for a high-volume manufacturing environment.
The Mechanical Engineer will lead design, development, and enhancement efforts for Wireless/RF Connection and related products, achieve cost reduction targets, participate in new product development teams, utilize SolidWorks for product development, design plastic and metal mechanical components, conduct structural and thermal analysis using ANSYS and IcePak, participate in design reviews, create design specifications, perform testing to ensure quality and reliability, and prototype designs.
