  • Physical demands: Sedentary work (exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, sitting most of the time, occasional standing/walking)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with mechanical work on fixed and rotating equipment, including internal combustion engines, natural gas-powered engines, and electrical drivers
  • Support the maintenance, installation, and repair of compressors, pumps, generators, turbines, valves, and electrical equipment
  • Gain knowledge on how to service and maintain structural and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Maintain and interpret various reports and records, such as work logs, service orders, inspection reports, maintenance records, pressure readings, and oil analysis reports
  • Learn how to respond to dangerous or hazardous conditions, ensuring safety and operational standards are maintained
