  • Meat trimming experience and knife skills

  • Knowledge of basic cuts and trim (e.g., stew, roasts, PTRs)
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting
  • Ability to touch, feel, manipulate fingers and limbs to operate processing and material handling equipment
  • Ability to smell to detect wholesomeness and spoilage
  • Tolerance for working in cold, wet refrigerated processing and warehouse areas with exposure to moving machinery and sharp surfaces
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States
