Ability to receive, rotate, cut, wrap, and merchandise fresh and processed meats, including grinds
Capability to assist in merchandising seafood, prepared foods, cheeses, pre-packed deli, rotisserie chicken area, and full service deli
Knowledge to assist in meat selection and prepare special meat arrangements for members
Commitment to maintaining all sanitation and safety standards within the meat department
Adherence to club policies, procedures, and compliance
Ability to carry out job functions with honesty, integrity, speed, agility, and a focus on members
Understanding of production and/or financial performance reporting for the department

Engage and provide assistance to members by making recommendations and answering questions regarding meat, poultry, and seafood
Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by members
Cut, grind, and/or process fresh meats to company cutting standards
Weigh, package, wrap, and label cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood to company packaging standards
Ensure the meat case showcases all currently available products and maintains appropriate inventory levels
Ensure meat, seafood, prepared foods, and cheese cases are fully stocked; rotate products according to expiration dates
Follow guidelines for disposing of damaged and/or expired products
Clean and sanitize all equipment, display fixtures, and areas in the meat department, including meat cooler, freezer, and refrigerated display cases
Inspect and store meat upon delivery
Support GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and club standards for cleanliness, organization, stocking, and promotional execution
