Requirements

Ability to receive, rotate, cut, wrap, and merchandise fresh and processed meats, including grinds
Knowledge of company cutting, packaging, weighing, and labeling standards for meat, poultry, and seafood
Capability to assist in merchandising seafood, prepared foods, cheeses, pre-packed deli, rotisserie chicken area, and full-service deli
Ability to prepare special meat cuts and arrangements for Members
Commitment to maintaining all sanitation and safety standards in the meat department
Understanding of club policies, procedures, and compliance
Ability to carry out job functions as assigned, act with honesty and integrity, and escalate concerns appropriately
Skills in engaging Members, making recommendations, answering questions on meat, poultry, and seafood
Ability to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department
Team-oriented mindset with speed, agility, innovation, and a friendly, positive attitude

Responsibilities

Receives, rotates, cuts, wraps, and merchandises fresh and processed meats, including grinds
Assists in merchandising seafood, prepared foods, cheeses, pre-packed deli, rotisserie chicken area, and full-service deli
Prepares special cuts of meat ordered by Members
Cuts, grinds, and/or processes fresh meats to company cutting standards
Weighs, packages, wraps, and labels cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood to company packaging standards
Ensures the meat case showcases all currently available products and maintains appropriate inventory levels
Engages and provides assistance to Members by making recommendations and answering questions regarding meat, poultry, and seafood
Maintains all sanitation and safety standards within the meat department
Supports flawless execution, accountability, and GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Delivers service excellence, resolves member concerns, ensures a safe and positive environment, and upholds club standards daily
