Requirements
- Ability to receive, rotate, cut, wrap, and merchandise fresh and processed meats, including grinds
- Knowledge of company cutting, packaging, weighing, and labeling standards for meat, poultry, and seafood
- Capability to assist in merchandising seafood, prepared foods, cheeses, pre-packed deli, rotisserie chicken area, and full-service deli
- Ability to prepare special meat cuts and arrangements for members
- Commitment to maintaining all sanitation and safety standards in the meat department
- Understanding of club policies, procedures, and compliance
- Ability to carry out job functions as assigned, act with honesty and integrity, and escalate concerns appropriately

Responsibilities
- Engage and assist members by making recommendations and answering questions on meat, poultry, and seafood
- Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by members
- Cut, grind, and/or process fresh meats to company standards
- Weigh, package, wrap, and label cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood to company standards
- Showcase all currently available products in the meat case and maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Assist in merchandising seafood, prepared foods, cheeses, pre-packed deli, rotisserie chicken area, and full-service deli
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards within the meat department
- Support flawless execution, accountability, and application of club policies and procedures
- Deliver service excellence, resolve member concerns, and ensure a safe, positive environment
- Work as a team to achieve goals, deliver GOLD club standards daily, and maintain grand opening look with all items stocked, promotions executed, accurate signage, and cleanliness
