Requirements

  • Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Freshly graduated or with one year experience in the automotive industry or similar position

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the follow-up and control of projects in series production phase with respect to the KMS system and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate the right connection between engineering changes and continuous improvement
  • Ensure the revision of PFMEA's for engineering changes and application on equipment definitions
  • Maintain compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety standards
  • Foster a good connection with engineering systems / EOS / PFMEA's
  • Guarantee a good management of auxiliaries (control of overtime, etc.)
  • Ensure the smooth running of certification audits and customer audits
