Requirements

  • Must be graduating from an accredited MBA program in 2026
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar quantitative field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business-oriented function
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to establish credibility with engineers and customers
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into data
  • Ability to lead across strategy and execution, sweating the details
  • Real passion for craftsmanship and product details
  • Experience selling enterprise products (bonus)
  • Willingness to work onsite 5 days per week at HQ in San Mateo, CA

Responsibilities

  • Lead a dedicated team of engineers and designers to build products and features that protect people and places in a privacy-sensitive way
  • Launch new products into established sales channel and reseller network, owning pricing, go-to-market positioning, and sales training
  • Gather customer feedback and dig into customer use cases to understand needs and prioritize feature development
  • Deliver product excellence with great product documentation including PRDs, user flows, roadmaps, and requirements; measure impact on key business metrics (growth, retention, NPS, engagement)
  • Make data-driven decisions to define and optimize product pricing
  • Train and educate Sales team on new product features and releases; partner with them to close strategic customer accounts
  • Establish technology partnerships with complementary tech companies
