Requirements

  • Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience (2+ years’ experience)
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in inventory or order management, customer service, shipping, or logistics
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests at once with a CAN-DO approach
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of SAP and Order Management functionality
  • Basic understanding of Excel macros, template utilization, and VLOOKUP
  • Desired: APICS Certification
  • Desired: Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing incoming demand, identifying order exceptions, and supporting customers on supply plant realignment and delivery commitments
  • Planning and scheduling order timelines consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs
  • Prioritizing and communicating customer requirements to logistics teams for physical processing and final shipment details
  • Performing various shipping management analysis to prevent or reduce delays on material availability dates, aged shipment status, or past due deliveries
  • Collaborating between multiple teams including purchasing, production, warehouse, and logistics to establish optimal timing for supply commitments
  • Identifying ways to simplify and improve processes as part of a continuous improvement culture
  • Organizing reports to provide regions updates on performance and opportunities for improvement
