Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and database tools (Access, Power BI, or similar)
Interest in inventory management, logistics, or ERP systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to take initiative, demonstrate a positive attitude with an eagerness to learn, and be adaptable
Ability to apply basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and/or advanced math, algebra, and/or statistical methods
Ability to communicate, exchange written and verbal information and/or instructions
Ability to contribute critical thinking skills, work well in teams, have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills

Use inventory control methods and system tools to monitor and evaluate inventory levels, forecast material needs, and support replenishment processes
Assist in data analysis and reporting related to inventory usage, performance metrics, and material movement
Support the development and testing of ERP system enhancements for materials management
Help document and maintain training materials and user guides for ERP system users
Collaborate with supply chain, accounting, IT, and field operations teams to ensure accurate and efficient inventory practices
Participate in process improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities for increased efficiency and accuracy
Prepare and review reports such as inventory usage and performance summaries, material requisitions and equipment requests, internal correspondence and documentation
