Requirements

  • Physically fit with no medical handicap
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Desire to be part of a team, but also able to work independently and solve problems quickly
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Knowledge of store keeping operations
  • Possess a valid forklift license
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP or Oracle will be an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Perform store duties including picking, packing, and/or put away of materials and parts, data entry, support cycle count, etc
  • Cross train within Distribution functions and other functions when needed to ensure flexibility and capacity
  • Pick and pack finished goods and accessories, data entries, and/or perform the duty of receiving, checking, counting and storing of materials & parts, data entries according to the work instructions
  • Issue of material and parts to end user or production (when required) according to the purchase order or the material requisition form
  • Releasing of cargoes to forwarders
  • Maintaining 5S standards
  • Supporting cycle count and filing of documents
  • Participate in ISO, EHS, 5S and QSR activities and ensure compliance to all requirements and all aspects of environmental, safe material handling, storage, precautions and proper attire
  • Ensure that systems and procedures within the department are in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, QSR 21CFR, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and WHO GDP
