Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Able to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs. without assistance
Able to stand/work on feet for up to 10 hours a day
Able to work in cold room/freezers (-22°F/-6°C), ambient sections, with strong odors, hazardous/toxic materials, loud noises, rapid flashing lights, and at heights
Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
Some degree of PPE required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.)
Must be able to pass a required background check
No previous work experience required (preferred: experience in distribution, warehouse, supply chain, or related field; experience with powered industrial trucks/order pickers)

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and accurately process items for storage and/or shipment in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements
Sustain a high level of quality to ensure customers receive accurate product in the time requested
Receive materials and/or finished goods daily
Verify the quality, type, and number of materials received are accurate and appropriate documentation is present (e.g., packing list)
Safely operate distribution equipment, as required
Provide shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment services for finished goods, inventory, materials, supplies, parts, and equipment
