Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs. without assistance
  • Able to stand/work on feet for up to 10 hours a day
  • Able to work in cold room/freezers (-22°F/-6°C), ambient sections, with strong odors, hazardous/toxic materials, loud noises, rapid flashing lights, and at heights
  • Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
  • Some degree of PPE required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.)
  • Must be able to pass a required background check
  • No previous work experience required (preferred: experience in distribution, warehouse, supply chain, or related field; experience with powered industrial trucks/order pickers)

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and accurately process items for storage and/or shipment in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements
  • Sustain a high level of quality to ensure customers receive accurate product in the time requested
  • Receive materials and/or finished goods daily
  • Verify the quality, type, and number of materials received are accurate and appropriate documentation is present (e.g., packing list)
  • Safely operate distribution equipment, as required
  • Provide shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment services for finished goods, inventory, materials, supplies, parts, and equipment
