Requirements

  • HBO work and thinking level combined with experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry or lifesciences
  • Knowledge of regulations for aseptic products (GMP) is a plus
  • Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience with SAP
  • Coordinating skills: leading, following up, directing, and delegating
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Goal-oriented, persistent, independent, not afraid of new challenges
  • Good communication skills, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating small projects related to materials
  • Coordinating the introduction of new materials via the material requirement and qualification procedure
  • Optimizing material inventory in collaboration with Quality Control, Supplier Quality, Sourcing, and Production departments
  • SAP key-user for warehouse and manufacturing processes
  • Maintaining master data in SAP regarding materials
  • Identifying, escalating, and resolving issues related to materials (stock positions, quality problems)
  • Handling deviations and conducting investigations related to materials
  • Coordinating, processing, and reporting the annual inventory control
