Requirements
- HBO work and thinking level combined with experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry or lifesciences
- Knowledge of regulations for aseptic products (GMP) is a plus
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Experience with SAP
- Coordinating skills: leading, following up, directing, and delegating
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Goal-oriented, persistent, independent, not afraid of new challenges
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written
Responsibilities
- Coordinating small projects related to materials
- Coordinating the introduction of new materials via the material requirement and qualification procedure
- Optimizing material inventory in collaboration with Quality Control, Supplier Quality, Sourcing, and Production departments
- SAP key-user for warehouse and manufacturing processes
- Maintaining master data in SAP regarding materials
- Identifying, escalating, and resolving issues related to materials (stock positions, quality problems)
- Handling deviations and conducting investigations related to materials
- Coordinating, processing, and reporting the annual inventory control
