Requirements

Provisionally licensed in South Carolina as LMSW, pursuing LISW-CP licensure
Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
Approved by the board as an LMSW
Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety
Graduate or post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor
Full-time availability (30 hours/week: 25+ client visits with 5 hours administrative time including supervisory meetings)
Reside within 45 minutes of the North Charleston, SC office location
Ability to work in the office for the probationary period, then hybrid model (50% in office, 50% remote)
Flexibility in work schedule
Must live and be seeking licensure in South Carolina

Responsibilities

Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions
Offer 25+ hours of availability per week (for ramp stipend eligibility)
Conduct intakes and diagnose according to DSM-5
Treat clients, including behavioral health generalists open to couples/children (with support)
Participate in supervisory meetings and administrative time
Work in office during probationary period, transitioning to hybrid model
