This is a Fee for Service position with earning potential of $40,000 - $55,000, which could vary based on number of sessions and bonus opportunities. Total compensation will be discussed by the recruiter during the interview.
Candidates must reside within 45 minutes of the office in Reading, PA, work full-time in the office during the probationary period, then transition to a hybrid model of 50% in office and 50% remote.
Candidates need to be graduates of an approved 60-credit hour program, approved by the board as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, meet all PA State Requirements for Pre Associate Licensure, and have graduate or post-graduate work experience treating depression and anxiety, independently conducting intakes, and diagnosing per DSM under supervision.
