Requirements

  • Pursuing Massachusetts Licensure as an LMHC (provisionally licensed clinician)
  • Must live and be seeking licensure in Massachusetts (within 45 minutes of Westborough, MA office)
  • Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
  • Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety
  • Graduate or post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor (preferred)
  • Full-time availability (30 hours/week: 25+ client visits + 5 hours administrative time including supervisory meetings)
  • Ability to work in the office during probationary period, then hybrid model (50% in office, 50% remote)
  • Flexibility in work schedule (7am–10pm, 7 days/week)
  • Behavioral health generalist (open to seeing couples/children)
  • Strong character: integrity, openness, commitment to quality care
  • Reside within 45 minutes of the office location

Responsibilities

  • Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions
  • Offer 25+ hours of clinical availability per week (for ramp stipend eligibility)
  • Conduct client visits (25+ per week)
  • Participate in 5 hours of administrative time per week, including supervisory meetings
  • Deliver exceptional mental health care, treating conditions like depression and anxiety
  • Conduct intakes and diagnose according to DSM-5 (preferred/independently under supervision)
