This is a Fee for Service position with earning potential of $55,000 - $65,000, which could vary based on number of sessions and bonus opportunities. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for a limited time. Total compensation details will be discussed by the recruiter during the interview.
This is a full-time hybrid position requiring full-time availability (30 hours/week: 25 client visits and 5 hours administrative). Candidates must reside within 45 minutes of the Worcester, MA office, work in-office during the probationary period, then transition to 50% in-office and 50% remote.
Candidates need to be graduates of an approved 60-credit hour program pursuing Massachusetts LICSW licensure, with graduate or post-graduate experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety, and independently conducting intakes and diagnosing per DSM under supervision.
