Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or Information Technology
Knowledgeable in data management and SAP (desired)
At least one year experience in business data role; fresh graduates also encouraged to apply
Detailed understanding of the company's business areas, their functions, objectives, and relating that to associated data structures
Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage and adapt to dynamic changes in priorities, resources, and deadlines
Ability to work strategically as well as tactically
Proven process management and execution skills regarding data governance, processes, workflow, entry, and systems
Proven process executor and idea generator for improvements
Ability to detect inaccuracies and lead problem resolution
Query and reporting experience is an advantage
Microsoft Office platforms (Expert Excel, Visio, MS Project, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

Accurate and timely creation and update of customer and vendor master data
Conduct verification calls to suppliers to validate the bank information received
Create and prepare up-to-date documentation (procedures, manuals, templates, system settings) concerning the key activities of master data management
Prepare master data extraction needed by different business stakeholders
