  • Enrolled in an MBA program or Master’s in Marketing with an expected graduation date of Spring 2027
  • 3-5 years work experience strongly preferred
  • Direct Marketing experience can vary from 1-4 years
  • Collaborative, innovative, and strategic problem solver, with a proven track record to drive and deliver results

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives that align with the NIKE, Inc. strategic roadmap
  • Take ownership of a scoped project to drive impact, challenging critical thinking and fostering collaboration
  • Partner on holistic seasonal go-to-market plans
  • Support development of brand plans
  • Research, evaluate, and develop a deep understanding of the social, cultural, digital landscape, and sport trends to define opportunities
  • Gain exposure to consumer and brand planning across all phases of marketing, from concepting to production to activation
  • Work with senior leaders, experienced managers, and a MVP cohort across the Nike business
