Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus
  • Fluent English and Italian

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for the Kidney Care portfolio, ensuring alignment with Vantive’s business goals
  • Develop impactful content (digital, print, educational) tailored to healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and other stakeholders
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs; provide actionable insights for strategic decisions
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to optimize future initiatives and ensure maximum ROI
  • Partner with sales, clinical, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars to promote Vantive’s products and services
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and social media strategies, to increase online visibility and engagement
  • Support the management and tracking of the local marketing budget for Kidney Care in the assigned country
