Requirements

  • Strong ability to build relationships with vendors, customers, and global colleagues
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing communications role
  • Good written and spoken English skills

  • Experience in exhibition or event management (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Project Directors, and Project Managers to develop exhibitor and visitor promotion strategies as well as plans for assigned projects
  • Work closely with show teams to achieve exhibitor and visitor attendance targets
  • Supervise and ensure the timely and professional completion of show materials (content/design/layout), including brochures, invitations, regular newsletters, guides/directories, welcome messages, posters, and video clips
  • Ensure all marketing administration tasks are carried out as directed by the Marketing Manager
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry media and associations
  • Conduct visitor research by planning, executing, and analyzing surveys, and provide actionable insights through reporting
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels by collecting and analyzing performance data
