Responsibilities

  • Assist with various administrative tasks, adapting to new challenges and supporting the Marketing team as required
  • Support stakeholders in creating engaging content for blogs, social media, email marketing, tailored to the target audience
  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, contribute ideas, monitor performance, and gatekeep the digital asset library for brand-compliant access
  • Provide hands-on support for global events, webinars, and tradeshows, including coordinating logistics, managing collateral inventory, and ensuring seamless execution from planning to follow-up
  • Manage and grow social media presence (primarily LinkedIn) by creating compelling content, engaging with the community, and helping manage/plan the Content Calendar
  • Audit current cross-departmental marketing request and asset management workflow, map bottlenecks, and propose streamlining solutions
  • Embrace stretch opportunities: Take on special, high-value projects outside the role's scope to explore new areas, test limits, and adapt across the business
