Responsibilities

  • Apply classroom knowledge and gain hands-on experience in medical marketing
  • Implement new ideas, face challenges, and develop skills
  • Network with key stakeholders and business leaders

  • Complete projects in medical education, marketing/operations, brand management, and portfolio management
  • Participate in downstream marketing activities: develop campaigns, messaging, and positioning

  • Learn and practice the Big Picture Marketing framework to structure marketing activities
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to develop strategic insights and data
  • Champion gathering relevant market information to drive data-based decision making
  • Conduct secondary market research to form a fact-based marketing framework for Product Management & Leadership team
  • Serve as a contributing member of the Marketing team while championing Stryker’s Mission and Values
