  • 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing communications, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Project Management experience including managing stakeholder relationships, project timelines and budgets
  • Experience in developing campaign strategies and conducting analysis for generating marketing qualified leads through digital marketing
  • Native-level Japanese required
  • Business English required

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team of operation unit to create and execute comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to targeted healthcare professionals and patients/consumers. Ensure alignment with overall marketing goals, company objectives and targeted outcomes
  • End-to-end multichannel marketing campaigns management targeting HCPs and patients/consumers, utilizing channels not limited to email marketing, social media, website, print materials, online platforms, media planning via an agency etc
  • Monitor, analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing clear statistics/data and insights drawing and recommendations for optimization
  • Localize content across various formats and channels, including digital assets (e.g., landing pages, emails, social posts), sales tools, and patient education materials
  • Work closely with internal creative and content teams to refine messaging, managing asset production, and support campaign rollout
  • Serve as a key liaison between local teams to gather feedback, align on needs, and ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
  • Maintain a strong understanding of brand guidelines and ensure all localized content aligns with Medtronic’s brand identity and voice
  • Track content usage, gather insights from local execution, and support optimization efforts to improve performance and engagement
  • Help maintain organizational tools and platforms (e.g., Workfront) to efficiently manage assets, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to support the adaptation, production, and delivery of localized campaign assets
