  • Interest in gaining experience in the daily operations of a contemporary art gallery
  • Strong interest in the rapidly evolving marketing landscape of the art world
  • Experience in a data-driven environment
  • Resident of NY, NJ, or CT
  • Commitment of 3 months (January through April), 10AM–6PM, 3-5 days a week (preference for 5 days)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across Design, Events, Content, Social, Press, and Global Marketing teams
  • Provide event support including RSVP tracking, invitation management, and on-site assistance
  • Organize and maintain marketing materials archive
  • Support Digital Marketing initiatives including SEO, inquiry analysis, third-party platforms, email marketing, and paid media (excluding organic social channels)
  • Learn to use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools
  • Compile post-campaign reporting data and assist in creating performance recaps and reports
  • Attend weekly meetings with paid media agency to review performance and discuss strategy
  • Coordinate client book mailings and gifting programs
  • Draft design tickets for marketing materials such as signage and digital ads
  • Lead one major project focused on market research, competitive analysis, web/physical gallery traffic, or vendor research
  • Manage database entry and reporting tasks
