Responsibilities

  • Set up, start, and operate manufacturing equipment according to specifications
  • Monitor equipment performance, identify issues, and make basic adjustments to ensure proper operation
  • Perform routine checks, inspections, and preventive maintenance on machines
  • Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products
  • Record production data such as quantities produced, machine settings, and downtime
  • Follow all safety and quality control protocols
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production status, issues, or maintenance needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with equipment changeovers and troubleshooting as needed
  • Report any mechanical failures or safety concerns immediately
