Own multiple projects critical to the success of the site and manufacturing of P&G Always products
Deliver a detailed impact plan for exciting manufacturing and engineering projects (e.g., process control and engineering, loss elimination, systems improvements, quality improvement)
Collaborate with dynamic, diverse individuals on manufacturing initiatives
Lead projects that challenge analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
Play an important role within the site, with direct impact on the business, under coaching from manager
Deliver expected project outputs by the end of the work term (e.g., report, analysis, presentation, toolkit) and attain required resources to complete them
