- Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preference for Bachelor’s candidates who have completed at least 3 years in an engineering program at an accredited university)
- Can start the role on January 5th, 2026, from Belleville, Ontario (on-site role)
- Being a people’s person (key skill for working in a large manufacturing site of over 1000 people)
- Leadership and collaboration skills, demonstrated in academic/extracurricular activities
- Strong communication skills
- Technical curiosity and critical thinking to uncover insights

Responsibilities
- Own multiple projects critical to the success of the site and manufacturing of P&G Always products
- Deliver a detailed impact plan for exciting manufacturing and engineering projects (e.g., process control and engineering, loss elimination, systems improvements, quality improvement)
- Collaborate with dynamic, diverse individuals on manufacturing initiatives
- Lead projects that challenge analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Play an important role within the site, with direct impact on the business, under coaching from manager
- Deliver expected project outputs by the end of the work term (e.g., report, analysis, presentation, toolkit) and attain required resources to complete them
