Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or related functions
  • Solid manufacturing engineering background

Responsibilities

  • Oversee CAPEX projects for Oilfield and Industrial Chemicals manufacturing plants
  • Ensure project milestones and spend vs budget are tracked and communicated to leadership
  • Lead sustainability improvements and Carbon-Out projects
  • Oversee Maintenance Strategies and Systems while working to improve reliability and reduce costs
  • Serve as Engineering SME supporting regional blend plants with no onsite engineer
  • Lead projects to improve throughput and process efficiency
