Responsibilities

Take ownership of product manufacturing processes and lead process optimization and project execution
Drive systematic problem solving
Lead Engineering Change Orders and Nonconformity processes
Optimization of production equipment, along with commissioning and validation, in collaboration with our Engineering department
Participation in LEAN activities and Kaizen events
Interacting with relevant internal stakeholders influencing the department’s deliverables, such as Engineering, R&D and Quality departments
Process and quality monitoring of different automated or semi-automated production processes
