Responsibilities

The Knowledge Management & Self-Service Manager will develop and implement strategies to increase self-service adoption and success rates across various channels, collaborate with product and customer support teams to align self-service tools with customer needs, create and maintain high-quality self-service content, develop and manage the customer support portal, implement and optimize chatbots and FAQs for proactive customer support, track and analyze key self-service metrics, and continuously improve the self-service ecosystem through innovation and data-driven insights.
