Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team of backend and data systems engineers building Cribl’s searching federated data capability
Partner with product, arch, and platform teams to design and deliver high-performance providers/connections to external systems (Snowflake, ADX, Elastic, etc.)
Shape the frameworks that power query translation, predicate pushdown, and results merging across multiple data locations
Drive architectural excellence, testing rigor, and performance reliability as we scale
Mentor and develop engineers, creating clarity and shared ownership across a technically deep team
Stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties
