Requirements

Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of directly related experience, including at least three (3) years of leading teams delivering SOC functions and/or senior SOC analyst conducting event reviews, investigations, incident response, and digital forensics
Maintain strong information security knowledge of threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures to identify and enhance threat detection and response strategies
Flexible and adaptive to the 24x7x365 multi-timezone demands of active threat response

Responsibilities

Lead in a global internal 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC)
Drive team accountability through the creation, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of oversight processes and performance reporting measures
Cultivate a culture of swift response and collaboration through coaching, training, and engagement activities
Monitor, maintain, and report SOC performance metrics to identify trends and lead continuous improvement opportunities
Recommend strategies and remediations to close monitoring and control gaps in existing security technology suite
Develop and maintain Standard Work for cybersecurity event investigations followed by SOC analysts
Oversee onsite service delivery in an internal Security Operations Center (SOC)
Handle overall associate engagement, team building, recruiting, and retention responsibilities that span the entire Krakow security delivery team
