Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of directly related experience, including at least three (3) years of leading teams delivering SOC functions and/or senior SOC analyst conducting event reviews, investigations, incident response, and digital forensics
  • Maintain strong information security knowledge of threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures to identify and enhance threat detection and response strategies
  • Flexible and adaptive to the 24x7x365 multi-timezone demands of active threat response

Responsibilities

  • Lead in a global internal 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC)
  • Drive team accountability through the creation, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of oversight processes and performance reporting measures
  • Cultivate a culture of swift response and collaboration through coaching, training, and engagement activities
  • Monitor, maintain, and report SOC performance metrics to identify trends and lead continuous improvement opportunities
  • Recommend strategies and remediations to close monitoring and control gaps in existing security technology suite
  • Develop and maintain Standard Work for cybersecurity event investigations followed by SOC analysts
  • Oversee onsite service delivery in an internal Security Operations Center (SOC)
  • Handle overall associate engagement, team building, recruiting, and retention responsibilities that span the entire Krakow security delivery team
