Requirements

Responsibilities

Disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung der Abteilung (14 Mitarbeitende)
Sicherstellung der Produkt- und Prozessqualität in den Wertströmen ab der Motorenmontage bis zur Auslieferung im Rahmen des QM-Systems
Prüfung der Wirksamkeit der Qualitätssicherungssysteme und Prozesse sowie aktive Einleitung von Verbesserungs- und Korrekturmaßnahmen im Verantwortungsbereich
Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Lieferantenreklamationen und internen Abweichungen
Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von Qualitätsplänen
Erstellung, Auswertung und Berichterstattung sowie Verbesserung der Qualitäts- und Prozesskennzahlen (KPIs)
Mitwirkung bzw. Unterstützung bei NPI-, CPI- und Lean-Projekten
Technischer Ansprechpartner für End-of-Line (EOL) Tests – sowohl für interne Mitarbeitende als auch für Kunden bei Kundenabnahmen
Schnittstelle und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen (R&D/Produktion/Einkauf/QMB)
