Requirements
- Proficiency in Human Centered skills: define clear and actionable problem statements, comprehensive understanding of iterative software delivery and thin-slice MVP grooming, leverage customer insights to influence priorities and roadmap, advocate for and drive stakeholder alignment on acceptance criteria, obsess over UX/UI patterns for omni-channel experiences
- Proficiency in Business Focused skills: own and prioritize near-term product roadmap for business outcomes, identify leverage points in complex problems/systems, utilize data to define success metrics and measurable outcomes, balanced judgment on risks of actions taken/not taken, innovate on faster iteration
- Proficiency in Technology Driven skills: understand and leverage technology and end-state architecture to partner with tech team on design decisions, share business strategy/roadmap with Tech partners, lead/facilitate agile ceremonies with Tech Lead, deliver reusable/extensible/resilient capabilities, proactively address security/resilience/performance metrics
- Proficiency in Transformational Leadership skills: develop/communicate 6-month vision to senior stakeholders with transparency on risks/impediments, build external relationships for horizontal influence, contribute to team culture/recruiting by attracting/retaining talent and mentoring junior product associates
- Previous experience preferably in M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions), Finance, Financial services, and/or Consulting Services, including skills in Project/Program Management, Data Analysis, Process Management (Creation, Redesign, Automation), Risk Management, Strategy creation
- Natural collaborator with high attention to detail, self-starter, comfortable leading direct reports and/or matrixed teams

Responsibilities
