Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a management role. Strong experience with cloud security, particularly Kubernetes and cloud-native applications, is essential. Experience with KSPM (Kubernetes Security Posture Management) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

As the Manager of Software Engineering - CWP, you will lead a team of software developers, collaborating with product management, architecture, and other engineering teams to define and deliver security features for Cortex Cloud’s CWP module. You will oversee all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring reliable product performance and adherence to service level agreements. This includes hiring, mentoring, and fostering a healthy engineering culture, as well as establishing and maintaining engineering best practices.
