Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the MBQC team to maintain a state of the art laboratory
  • Coordinate reliable and compliant sampling and testing for clean utilities, environmental monitoring, cleaning validation, raw materials, in-process controls, and product release
  • Ensure timely investigation and resolution of OOX
  • Complete method verification plans for new customers/products
  • Ensure procedural documents are in place for managing Microbiological processes and testing
  • Maintain audit readiness for Health Authorities inspections and customer visits
  • Ensure timely collection of all QC analytical samples
  • Complete and evaluate analytical testing to meet business expectations
  • Establish and maintain quality systems for monitoring utilities and the environment
  • Develop procedural documents related to Environmental Monitoring and Clean Utilities Monitoring
  • Document testing results according to GDP to preserve data integrity
