  • Experience working with Partner and Relationship Management teams
  • Ability to maintain integration documentation and educate internal stakeholders
  • Experience leading client software migrations
  • Contribution to the ongoing development of the API product suite

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team responsible for the end-to-end integration experience for software partners and enterprise clients
  • Oversee the strategy, delivery, and ongoing success of integrated payment solutions
  • Collaborate with ISVs to embed payment capabilities into their products
  • Improve integration processes and mature the integration function
  • Deliver a significant improvement in the customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the API suite
  • Assist with the boarding of software partners
  • Support the presentation, negotiation, and workshoping with potential partners and clients
  • Collaborate on recommended PCI compliant and customer-centric integration approaches
  • Assist with the design, development, release, promotion, and management of API enhancements and upgrades
  • Assist clients and partners with integration support issues
  • Work with the Partner and Relationship Management teams to ensure the ongoing value derived from all integrations
  • Maintain integration documentation and educate internal stakeholders
  • Lead client software migrations
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the API product suite
