10+ years of experience in automation testing with a strong focus on framework design and development
Proven expertise in Python and C# for test automation
Extensive experience with Ranorex, API testing, and BDD frameworks (SpecFlow, Behave, etc.)
Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps collaboration, and Git-based version control
Demonstrated leadership in managing automation teams and driving technical strategy
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working in the healthcare industry with knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the automation team, setting goals, defining priorities, and ensuring successful delivery of automation initiatives
Architect and oversee the development of scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks using Python, C#, and Ranorex
Collaborate with product, development, QA, and DevOps teams to align automation strategies with overall business goals and technical roadmaps
Drive the adoption of BDD frameworks like SpecFlow or Behave and ensure alignment with agile testing methodologies
Evaluate and implement best practices, tools, and technologies to ensure effective and efficient automation practices
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers at all levels, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards are upheld in all testing practices, especially within the healthcare domain
Monitor and report on key automation metrics and continuously improve coverage, stability, and performance of automated tests
