Requirements

Candidates should possess proven experience managing and leading a cloud infrastructure team, with a strong understanding of AWS and Kubernetes. They should have experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, and monitoring, and a demonstrated ability to foster a culture of service ownership. Experience with cost optimization and budgeting within a cloud environment is also required.

Responsibilities

As the Manager, DevOps (AWS Infrastructure), you will run daily team operations, enhance the platform by developing a roadmap and leading its execution, collaborate with peer teams including Data Operations, CI/CD, Observability, and SRE teams, and collaborate with development teams to ensure effective communication and dependency management. You will also foster a culture of service ownership, build, mentor, and lead the Infrastructure Platform DevOps team, and oversee cost optimization and budgeting efforts. Additionally, you will be responsible for the all the various SaaS AWS Environments, deploying new regions, configuring new features and services, and assisting fellow teams with troubleshooting as the final AWS team of experts.
