Requirements

4+ years of proven experience in healthcare consulting directly related to decision support, cost accounting, decision support analytics, and/or experience within a health system decision support team
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across large complex healthcare organizations
Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to navigate executive conversations, build trust, and align priorities
Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights; fluency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and familiarity with SQL and relational databases
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Willingness to travel to customer locations as requested (not expected to exceed more than 15%)

Responsibilities

Own the delivery of multiple concurrent Healthcare Decision Support system design and/or adoption projects, ensuring outcomes are aligned with client goals, best practices, and organizational standards
Provide leadership and strategic guidance to clients throughout project lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, system configuration, user adoption, and performance management/optimization
Oversee the development and deployment of Cost Accounting, Service Line Margin Analytics, and Downstream Reporting solutions, ensuring client requirements are fully integrated and scalable
Lead strategic and operational client interactions to ensure alignment, proactively manage issues, and deliver measurable value and satisfaction throughout the engagement
Mentor and develop team members, including Consultants and Senior Consultants, through active coaching, knowledge-sharing, and performance feedback
Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for expanded services within active engagements, contributing to proposals, and participating in strategic planning sessions with clients
Promote operational excellence by contributing to the evolution of project delivery methodologies, standard documentation, and internal training initiatives
