BS/BA in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Economics, related technical field or equivalent professional experience
6+ years of professional experience in decision science, business analytics, data science, software engineering, or related field
1+ years of experience managing a team
Intensive hands-on experience building actionable insight, A/B testing or observational study, using data to influence product strategy and roadmap
In-depth engagement with cross-functional teams and building relationships
Expert in SQL and one analytics programming language (Python or R), and data visualization tools

Responsibilities

Serve as the trusted partner and leader for Enterprise stakeholders through a deep understanding of the products and business
Enable data-driven decisions through deep dive, analysis, experimentation, causal inference, and modeling
Take ownership of projects and deliver excellent oral and written presentations
Inspire, mentor, and grow decision scientists on your team and beyond
Proactively identify new opportunities to drive Enterprise customer value
