A master’s degree in economics, business informatics, finance, engineering or a related field
5+ years of experience in consulting or the Financial Services industry, ideally across Capital Markets, Wealth Management or Asset Management
Strong understanding of front-to-back processes, operating models and regulatory environments
Excellent communication skills in German and English, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
High client orientation, entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical and conceptual skills
Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a dynamic, client-facing environment

Responsibilities

Lead strategic transformation across Financial Services by advising clients on the optimization and redesign of operating models, front-to-back processes, products and organizational structures across Wealth Management, Asset Management and Capital Markets
Shape transformation strategies and end-to-end roadmaps – from client onboarding and advisory through portfolio construction, trading and post-trade operations
Design and implement technology-enabled solutions that modernize and streamline investment, trading, and servicing processes
Identify improvement areas, build tailored solutions, and ensure measurable impact
Apply the latest technologies – such as GenAI, cloud platforms, advanced analytics, digital advisory platforms, and distributed ledger technology (DLT) to create future-ready and competitive solutions that enhance the scalability, efficiency and quality of business processes
Take ownership of client relationships, manage workstreams and deliver impactful project results
Contribute to business development and the expansion of our Capital Markets offering
Mentor consultants, support capability-building, and strengthen our collaborative team culture
