  • A master’s degree in economics, business informatics, finance, engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting or the Financial Services industry, ideally across Capital Markets, Wealth Management or Asset Management
  • Strong understanding of front-to-back processes, operating models and regulatory environments
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • High client orientation, entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a dynamic, client-facing environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic transformation across Financial Services by advising clients on the optimization and redesign of operating models, front-to-back processes, products and organizational structures across Wealth Management, Asset Management and Capital Markets
  • Shape transformation strategies and end-to-end roadmaps – from client onboarding and advisory through portfolio construction, trading and post-trade operations
  • Design and implement technology-enabled solutions that modernize and streamline investment, trading, and servicing processes
  • Identify improvement areas, build tailored solutions, and ensure measurable impact
  • Apply the latest technologies – such as GenAI, cloud platforms, advanced analytics, digital advisory platforms, and distributed ledger technology (DLT) to create future-ready and competitive solutions that enhance the scalability, efficiency and quality of business processes
  • Take ownership of client relationships, manage workstreams and deliver impactful project results
  • Contribute to business development and the expansion of our Capital Markets offering
  • Mentor consultants, support capability-building, and strengthen our collaborative team culture
