Collaborate closely with DCP leaders and category teams to formulate and implement retail channel strategies for third-party commercialization business in Japan
Negotiate with major retailers in Japan (including EC retailers) to create sales promotion space for licensee products
Collaborate with major retailers to develop new business opportunities such as Direct-to-Retail (DTR) and new business models including PB product development
Work closely with the marketing team to promote marketing and promotional activities to maximize business opportunities for licensee products
Actively support licensees' marketing activities and collaborate with category and marketing teams to enhance Disney guest engagement across channels and industries
Formulate and implement Joint Business Plans (JBP) with major Japanese retailers to build Win-Win strategies leveraging Disney brands and properties
Build trusted relationships with major retailers to obtain timely information on business plans and sales forecasts
Collaborate closely with product design team and APAC creative team to propose retail creatives
Set clear and challenging strategies and goals to motivate the team
Lead the team and DCP overall toward goal achievement
