Requirements

The Accounts Receivable Manager should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and possess at least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth environment. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices is required, along with experience in developing and implementing AR processes and procedures. Experience with ERP systems and accounts receivable software is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the accounts receivable function, including developing and implementing effective processes, managing day-to-day operations, reviewing invoices, monitoring aging reports, leading collections efforts, analyzing AR trends, providing leadership to the AR team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize cash flow and reduce aged receivables.
