Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Required)
  • Preferred: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering degree
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience with industrial mechanical equipment
  • Preferred: Industrial electrical background (480V and up)
  • Required: >5 years of experience with CMMS systems and predictive/preventative maintenance
  • Preferred: CRE, CMRP Certifications or PE License
  • Export compliance eligibility (U.S. citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, asylee/refugee, or approved for export license)
  • Strong engineering background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Skills in root cause analysis, FMEA, data analytics, risk management, and lifecycle asset management

Responsibilities

  • Define, develop, and implement processes for establishing and maintaining effective predictive and preventative maintenance programs for mechanical and electrical equipment at the Elmore site
  • Establish failure analysis processes for equipment and systems
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and problem identification for maintenance activities and process/production equipment
  • Provide leadership and guidance for establishing and maintaining maintenance processes, process development, and implementation
  • Develop standards and procedures to ensure permanence and consistency of processes and programs for Elmore reliability initiatives
  • Evaluate and identify new technology/equipment to improve reliability of equipment or processes
  • Assist and/or lead capital project initiatives for maintenance or business units
  • Participate and support all aspects of continuous improvement
  • Support Maintenance Excellence Team by providing input, insight, and analysis for ongoing team rollouts and development of future initiatives/projects
  • Drive reliability improvements focused on equipment and process improvements for maintenance and operations at the Elmore site Pebble Plant
