Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
Technical competence in manufacturing support and/or maintenance (typically 5 years experience, or more)
Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, working safely and accountable for supporting all HSE Corporate and Site Goals

Responsibilities

Provide technical and administrative leadership of the Production Maintenance Team for Formulation, Material Preparation, and filling equipment at the Lilly Kenosha County Facility
Ensure execution of maintenance supporting the LKC site, plant, or flow, and consistent application of proactive maintenance and reliability programs
Ensure all team members are knowledgeable and compliant regarding safety procedures, policies, permits, and practices; initiate and lead accident, near miss reviews, and incident notifications; ensure proper housekeeping procedures are maintained
Ensure team’s compliance and meeting quality standards as defined by cGMPs, Global Quality Standards, and local procedures
Manage staffing, training, and daily maintenance operations across shifts up to 7 days a week, including attendance, overtime, operational issues, performance management, development planning, and reporting of results
Investigate team deviations as needed; own incident reporting, investigating, and corrective measures
Ensure quality of maintenance execution
Responsible for team training and development, ensuring team is current on training prior to assigning work
Responsible for Maintenance KPIs associated with team’s performance
Remove barriers that impact team performance
Align team priorities to support production plan
Interface with customers to ensure alignment
Complete weekly Practice vs Procedure Checks
