Up to six months of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance; agriculture milling experience preferred
Basic computer skills for training purposes
Ability to work at heights
Ability to obtain and retain PIT Certification
Willing and able to perform physical requirements: engage in activities such as climbing, standing, bending, sitting, and carrying/pushing/pulling up to 70 lbs multiple times monthly; work in varying temperature conditions, both hot and cold; work overtime and weekends as needed
Follow instructions and communicate effectively
